Alison assists the Head of Finance and maintains the financial systems, ensuring the smooth running of the finance processes within the Group.

She worked as an MRI Radiographer in the NHS for 25 years before pivoting to a career in finance in 2015. Prior to Bridges, Alison worked as a Finance Manager for several Charities and SMEs.

Alison has an MSc in Medical Magnetic Resonance from City University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She is currently studying towards an accountancy qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
