Charlene is the Team Leader for Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership, overseeing the referral management process as well as managing external relationships with professionals.

Prior to joining Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership in 2019, Charlene worked with Vulnerable Children and Families within West Yorkshire for over 15 years.#

Charlene holds a BA(HONS) in Early Years and a MA in Education.
