Faith is a contractor working within our Quality Assurance team, supporting the development and continued growth of BOP quality and compliance assurance activities to drive a culture of integrity and high quality services by offering a professional, impartial audit and assurance function which reduces risk exposure and adds value.

Faith has over 18 years experience within the Quality, Compliance and audit industry both in the UK and globally, with a wide portfolio of experience across sectors including Health, Welfare, Skills/ FE, MoJ probation and Youth Services.

Faith started her career journey as a Youth Worker, moving into teaching within the community and progressing into quality assurance with FE, which gave a solid foundation to the subsequent years experience gained within Compliance and Audit.

Faith is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors and ever since was young has always strived for equality, social inclusion and genuinely embracing diversity and all that it offers.
