Fiona Speak is a consultant with extensive experience in Compliance, Quality, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit and Data Protection (GDPR). Fiona is currently overseeing the Quality Assurance team and working across several quality and compliance improvement projects.

Prior to joining BOP Fiona has worked with a range of other health and social care organisations, and government departments including the MOD, MOJ, DWP and the NHS. 

​

Other areas of specialism include Leadership, Business Change, Due Diligence, Policy and Framework Development, Strategic Planning, and Continuous Improvement. Known for her adaptability, tenacity, flexibility, solution focussed nature and ability to simplify complexity.

Fiona is a qualified Data Protection Practitioner and an active member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors and Institute of Risk Management. In Fiona’s spare time she is a Board member for Age UK East London, a keen runner and loves to travel.
