Rachel is the Programme Manager for Greater Manchester Better Outcomes Partnership delivering the Young Persons Homeless Prevention Pathfinder. The project supports young people to stabilise their accommodation situation whilst building confidence and resilience to avoid long term homelessness.

She is a senior manager with sixteen years experience managing teams delivering services supporting those within the housing, debt and criminal justice sectors. Before joining BOP Rachel worked on the Transforming Rehabilitation contract managing the Through The Gate provision in a number of establishments across the North West. Through her career she has built strong relationships with key stakeholders across the community, custodial, statutory and commissioning services.

 

In 2018 she was awarded a Butler Trust in recognition of the innovation and partnership working she demonstrated in designing two projects to support women and men leaving custody.
