Simon is an Interim Director at Bridges Outcomes Partnerships currently working across the SHPS programmes to provide operational support to the delivery partners.

He brings over 18 years of experience working on public funded contracts across multiple sectors dealing with socially excluded customers. His experiences span Strategic Planning, Business Development (whole bid lifecycle), and Operations.

 

He has led large implementation programmes, circa £100m, at Director level covering Stakeholder Management, IT, HR, Property, Marketing, Communications, and Operations. He has also led numerous niche projects in smaller organisations, and not-for-profit companies to deliver change and drive performance.

 

He brings a thorough, but pragmatic approach to programme/project management that aligns with the client’s culture.
