Too many children in the UK are failing to reach their potential, usually because they face challenges at home, at school, or in the community.

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships has worked on a number of projects that provide targeted support and opportunities to vulnerable young people – from helping children in care find suitable foster families, to therapy for families with children on the edge of care, to extra support for those struggling at school.

If these young people fail to achieve their potential, it has significant long-term costs for the individuals themselves, society more broadly and the public purse. By creating positive change in young people’s lives, these projects are not only helping commissioners meet their statutory responsibilities but also driving tangible long-term value for Government.
